I had a photography workshop teaching people how to use their cameras this past Saturday and these were some of our cute little models…

Sweet little matthew. I can’t believe you’re already one. It seems like there’s no way it’s been a year since we took your newborn pictures. Big boy! This is one of the many reasons that I love photography so much. Our kids grow up so quickly and I’m grateful to be able to help people record those moments when they’re itty bitty and then again when they’re walking and becoming their own little independent person. :)

Matthew was sad at the end of our time together… (life’s hard when you’re one and it’s your birthday)… so I just love this shot of a big smile he gave me at the end. Love it, binky and all.

Sweet little Emerson is on the move. As a photographer of little ones, I’m always reminded that everything changes once a little one learns to walk. And if they have confidence walking then I’m in for a workout. This little beautiful little girl is going to be a mover and a shaker someday. This is an awesome set of little people. :)
