This little 6 day old baby girl weighed 6 pounds when she was born. What a precious little thing.

And check out her awesome lips….

We had another little workshop where I helped some lovely people learn how to use their fancy cameras on manual…. not on auto!! YAY! During our time learning about our cameras, we do little photo shoots so we can practice what we’re learning. I’m a “do-er”. I learn SO much better if I talk about it, touch the camera, and then actually DO it. So that’s how I teach these things. Only two more workshops this summer, then no more til 2011. Well, these were our lovely little models. Aren’t they so precious? This is Charlotte. She’s five months old and as sweet and smiley as ever.

This is Bella. She’s the fabulous big sister at two years old.

And this is Jackson. He’s the big brother and as sweet as can be.

I had the privilege of photographing this little itty bitty newborn at only 4 something pounds, and now at 6 months old, he’s adorable and full of smiles. Seriously, completely full of smiles…. way too many smiley pictures to choose from. Love it…

Ella in all her beautiful little glory. She came into my humble little studio with all her chunky rolls and did a fabulous job. Four weeks old is a tougher age to photograph. I prefer my babies freshly new at 5-10 days old. But we were up for the challenge. With the help of her mama’s fabulous milk and all our other little tricks…she slept somewhat well and photographed just beautifully. Ella, you’re stunning already…

This is my beautiful friend Kari and her gorgeous little family of soon to be 5! Seriously, pregnancy is such an awesome thing. Love this little family. Can’t wait to meet little Miss Maci.

This is Eli. I love this boy. No, really. Love. He’s my little nephew. He’s an amazing little easy going kiddo with a tender little heart. My favorite is when he says “co co” (oh yah, cause that’s what he calls me…. love it).

More details on this little beauty to come, but for now… I just wanted to share a little of her beautiful chunky sweetness. Isn’t she perfect?

This is Matthew. Now every baby is a miracle, don’t get me wrong, but this little man is a special case. He was born premature after only 28 weeks in utero. He weighed three little pounds when he was born. He’s finally home now after about 2 and a half months in the NICU. These are his “newborn pictures” but he is actually about 3 months and is now weighing in at a chunky little 8 and a half pounds. Precious little man. What a blessing. Thank you Jill for allowing me the honor to document your precious little miracle. It was so wonderful to see you.

These are some sweet friends of mine. We snapped a few pics in anticipation of their little Sawyer who will arrive in about a month. This is an amazing couple. If you know them, you would definitely agree with me.

This is little Mia. Isn’t she beautiful? I love her hair and all her teeny tiny features. She made us work hard to get some sweet sleepy pictures. But, she slowly gave in and we got em. :)
